Will this PC build run without bottleneck?

Yep, your PSU has no recognizable brand name, so you should throw it away, lest it takes out your entire system. Also for maximum reliability it is always best to buy kits of ram, as 2 single sticks can have issues with compatibility (though it is very rare). I generally use pcpartpicker.com for compiling systems. Here is what I would suggest for you:

First things first, a PC will always have a bottleneck. Could you also please post your case, PSU etc. One issue I see is that you need a B250 motherboard to work with 7th gen CPUs, as older H110 boards will only work with 6th gen. Also for gaming you need at least 8gb RAM.

Oh yeah sorry i forget,I didn't pick a case because when i search it up it only shows phone cases
For the ram itself i forgot to mention dual channel because im ordering 2
for the motherboard,it's updated to work with 7th gen will it run smoothly after updated?

don't worry about it! What country are you in? The motherboard does not particularly matter, provided it has 4 ram slots and is B250.
