As far as I know, the Aorus GeForce GTX 1080 has the fastest 'out of the box' boost clock settings.
To be honest, all of the aftermarket 1080's are pretty much the same performance wise and will closely overclock to the same speeds.
The main differences are the coolers/noise

As it stands, there's no hint of when Nvidia will release their 11XX series and we don't know if it will be a Pascal 'refresh' or Volta.
You can wait a couple of weeks and see how the new Radeon Vega series perform. The flagship might be a bit quicker than a GTX 1080, though slower than a GTX 108Ti. But nobody knows for sure yet.
