What Do I save system.ini as?

I've been wondering how to save system.ini as.
There is Save and Save As.
If save, what file do I save it to? Same with Save As.
I've been wondering for a long time.
I do not want to destroy my computer.
(Please be specific)

To save a file in the correct format:
SAVE AS system.ini(or whatever name you want, as long it has the format, .ini), click on ALL FILES. click on SAVE.

If you use SAVE, even the name is system.ini, it will saved as a document file, .txt.
