Are ECS motherboards durable?

I built a mini itx budget workstation/gaming pc, unfortunately I couldn't find any other lga1151 itx mobo so I ended up with ECS H110M4-C2h. I will be mainly using this pc for programming and unreal engine, and gaming such as dota 2, csgo, overwatch. Are ecs motherboards any good? I'm a bit worried that after 6 months the motherboard will fail and destroy all my other components.

full specs:
1. cpu - intel pentium g4560
2. motherboard - ECS H110M4-C2H
3. ram - 8gb kingston hyperx 2400mhz ddr4
4. storage - wd blue 500gb
5. psu - deepcool de500 (I also used this psu on my old build and still running good after more that two years).
6. gpu - rx560 or rx570 (still not sure what to buy).
7. case - cooler master elite 120 advanced

Not sure where you looked but here are a few https://pcpartpicker.com/products/motherboard/#s=30&f=8 in regards to durability they do alright for frisbees, they are weighted on one side so doing trick shots its kind of fun. On a more serious note they are more of a lower mid ground board higher low end. If your just using it for normal everyday use it will probably be ok, if your trying to OC the g4560 then you might start to run into issues over time.

no plan on overclocking, the chipset is really low and g4560 is locked. Is there a possibility that the motherboard will damage other components? because I'm not going to use this pc for heavy work but for very long hours everyday for programming and game development using unreal engine (simple 3d graphics).

G4560 can't be overclocked. ECS are okay, but not the best. Why are you not getting a GIGABYTE or ASROCK at that price?

I'm from the philippines and atx and micro atx are the most common here, getting itx mobos are quite difficult. I got tired looking for other brands so I just bought the ecs one. There was a gigabyte mobo with the same chipset that is 23$ more expensive. I was thinking "nah" the chipset are both not good, and I have no plan for future upgrades or overclocking, so I taught not worth it and I was also going to wait another week.

The motherboard won't break, don't worry on that part. It's a H110 borad, you can't push it, can't overclock it. It will last.
