Solution
Consider getting the Ryzen 5 1600 (6-core/12-thread, 3.2GHz to 3.6GHz) instead of the Ryzen 5 1500X (4-core/8-thread, 3.5GHz to 3.7GHz), for only ~$20 more.

Consider getting the Asrock AB350M Pro4 (9 power phases) instead of the Asus Prime B350-Plus (6 power phases). Both have the same number of PCIe x16 slots, fan headers, and internal USB headers. The Asus does have 6x SATA ports versus the Asrock's 4x, and the Asus has 8x total USB ports at the rear panel (including USB3.1 Type-A) while the Asrock has 7x total (with a USB3.0 Type-C). But the Asrock, despite being a micro-ATX size, has more M.2 sockets (2x vs 1x), better audio codec (ALC892 vs ALC887), all of its SATA ports oriented in 90-degree layout for better cable routing (4...

Consider getting a much better/faster SSD such as the Samsung 850 EVO 250GB (for ~$25 more) or the Crucial MX300 275GB (for ~$20 more) instead of the Kingston A400 240GB.

Consider getting a much better quality PSU, such as the Seasonic M12II-520 EVO (~$48) or Corsair CX450M (~$40).

Consider getting a much higher-speed RAM sticks (3200MHz or 3000MHz), as Ryzen CPUs tend to reach its full potential when paired with faster RAMs. A 2 x 8GB sticks will also be good for "future-proofing", if your budget permits. If not, the 8GB (2 x 4GB) will suffice.

Given the above suggestions, you might be looking at just an additional ~$30 to ~$40, which is worth it for the performance you will get.
