Hi guys I am currently using a hyperx fury 1x8gb 1866mhz DDR3(the blue one) and i am planning to upgrade my ram to 16gb.Will i go for another 8gb 1866mhz ddr3 blue memory module or should i buy the one with much higher clock speed? like 2133mhz (i am using MSI H81m-p33 mobo and i5-4460 for my processor) thank you for your suggestions :)

Matching RAMs from different speeds/size/latency isn't a good ideia. The manager may loose itself causing problems on the PC, therefore if you're willing to get a new single stick, get the exact same model you already have.

That will soften the probability of incompatibility but won't solve it. If you wanna be extra careful with that, you'd have to get a new pair of sticks, that way they have been already tested together and will work properly in dual-channel.

In addition, the difference in speed 'Hz' isn't thaaat noticeable at all. Don't worry about that, make sure they'll work together first.

No you will need DDR4 for LGA 1151 boards.
