Hello, I need some help choosing a good budget PSU. I'm going to spend no more than 45€. Price to include shipping to Italy. My budget can't get higher than 45€, and I'm not finding anything legit. It should be at least 450W. Any help/suggestion is very appreciated!

Antec VP 500P would do if you'd have 75W GPU or so (e.g GTX 1050 Ti). But with 170W GPU, i'd be far more comfortable using Seasonic S12II-520 to power it.

It's not because Antec VP 500P doesn't have enough wattage. That it has, 500W to be exact. But what Antec unit doesn't have is the build quality and there's no way to tell if Antec unit has good enough voltage regulation to keep your GPU running at it's peak power.

The warranty length alone can show you how much PSU OEMs trust their PSUs. Antec VP 500P comes with 2 years of warranty, while Seasonic S12II-520 comes with 5 years of OEM warranty.

Here's what you can get if you cheap out on the most important component in the PC by going with "budget" PSU,

For good quality PSU that will serve you well, i suggest going with Seasonic S12II-520,
amazon: https://www.amazon.it/Seasonic-S12II-520-BRONZE-SS-520GB/dp/B00390P1NO

With the price of €53.10, it's the cheapest good quality PSU at your area. My AMD build is also powered by Seasonic S12II-520 PSU and after 3 years of usage, PSU is still going strong. In matter of fact, all my 3 PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are powered by Seasonic, full specs with pics in my sig.

Thanks for answer. Will my MSI GTX 560 Ti be safe with this PSU?

Far better build quality with 3 years longer warranty (and extra 20W of output power) for just a mere €12, Seasonic S12II-520 is great deal over Antec VP 500P.
