That fits into tier three, and here's the description:
"Still safe to use and stable, just lower quality components. Not really ideal in serious overclocking or super-high load situations, such as a Bitcoin mining rig or a high end gaming system."
So if it's a regular system and you don't plan to overclock or do extensive gaming on it, I'd say go for it. Just keep in mind that lots of people (myself included once upon a time) consider a PSU as the least important component. Problems with PSU can affect the entire rig down the line. If you get power surge or even power drops, it can kill your motherboard if you're lucky, or your motherboard, cpu and gpu if you're not. I personally had to replace motherboard+gpu because of shitty psu I...

First, use pcpartpicker.com, it's a great site for putting together rigs.
Second, get a better PSU. That one is really not that great. Here's a nice PSU tier list: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
Finally, http://www.corsair.com/en-us/carbide-series-spec-alpha-mid-tower-gaming-case-white-red
tech specs on your case show it's an atx case (meaning your motherboard will fit), has maximum gpu length of 380mm which your card of 298mm should fit (https://www.asus.com/us/ROG-Republic-Of-Gamers/ROG-STRIX-GTX1060-O6G-GAMING/specifications/) and finally your case will accomodate coolers of up to 156mm so something like deepcool gammaxx 400 or cryorig h7 will fit assuming you're going for the air cooler and not an aio. If you are going aio, then a 240mm radiator will fit in front or a 120mm one in the back.
Finally, PSU length limit is 190mm, and the one you listed will fit, though I recommend getting a little better model.

Point is, pick the PSU according to what the system you're going for is. If you're going for high end gaming rig, do not skimp on psu quality, as it can cost you heavily down the line. If this is just a casual machine, you're not going to push very high, that PSU is fine.
