[SOLVED] How do i transfer an iso windows 8.1 from a mac to a pc?

Sorry for the software question in Toms hardware,
basically my pc crashes everytime i try to download the windows creation tool to create a bootable usb, so i decided to download the iso on a mac then transfer it to my windows pc. However im having a problem doing that. I've tried formating the usb with FAT and EXFAT. Fat doesnt work and exfat doesnt seem to translate the iso image correctly to my windows pc. what do i do?

Another solution would be to format your USB key to NTFS and if you have parallel with a Windows OS installed on it, you'll be able to read and write your usb key through Windows in Parallel
