Lenovo Yoga 710 is a good small laptop, available from a Pentium to an i5 depending on your budget.

For the money, yet, as far as being a good system, not really. 2 GB of RAM is not enough for much past a single program running, the CPU is slow. You should have listed a budget, when you said you wanted a CPU better than an Atom in a small system sounded like you wanted something on the higher end.
