In-game macros not working correctly

Hello,

I have the Logitech G910 Orion Spectrum keyboard that I use for gaming. The macros no longer work properly in game.
I only use this PC for gaming and I bought it for the macro possibilities. So my problem is this, when I press the macro key it will activate but wont finish the macro out to its entirety nor do it correctly.
It results in making more problems than if I had done it without the macro and ends up most times choosing something i didn't want, I've searched all over for an answer but not come across anyone with the same kind of symptoms or defects as me. One of my macros for ex: Ctrl, enter, up, enter, enter, backspace, backspace. But the keyboard will register maybe 2 or 3 of the 7 steps.
I've updated the firmware on it in the past 2 months and had no issue after that process so I think I can eliminate that. Also what is strange is that I have used the test macro feature in the Logitech Gaming app and all the keys that I assigned to be pressed are actuated properly in the test, so why not in game?
Things I have done to resolve the issue include; uninstalling multiple times and going back to 2016 versions, uninstalling then deleting all Logitech software out of SSD including profiles or residual files, reinstalling a fresh version and making new macros.

5 days after this started, I have since gone back to an older keyboard (a Microsoft X6 Sidewinder) and the macros no longer work properly on this either and has the EXACT same problem. This now seems to be a Windows problem or 3rd party app interfering with both keyboards/drivers, So what might be causing this? Checking Autoruns and there seems to be a lot of new registry entries since the Creators Edition update on Win10 that I did a few weeks back

Hope someone can help!
Thanks

I'm having the same problem on my blackwidow chroma v2 keyboard. I wasn't able to particularly fix it, but I threw in some shift keys (both key up and down) inbetween the problem keys and an extra space at the end. Maybe you could try it this way temporarily. The end result still works the way I need it too.

How do you mean by shift keys up and down?

When you press a key it registers two inputs. You pressing the key down and then you releasing that key. Marco programs need to use this in case you want to hold a button down while pressing another. E.g. the shift key.

Sorry but this didn't work for me, I did all sorts of combos and it refused to accept it. :/ I'm currently in talks with Logi to see what they have to offer since it's happening to both keyboards I fear they might not do much, We will see anyway. If I get a definite solution to this I will post it here as it might be a general fix for all hardware.
