CPU and GPU is cool but my pc is still restarting, please help.

This problem hasn't occurred for 2 years, and now, I'm wondering what might be the issue. This hasn't happened before. Before, I used to play GTA V, World of Warcraft, NBA 2k16 and other games that requires a bit of a power, it never restart, until now, this problem has occurred and I'm new to this problem so I don't really know what is the problem.

Maybe the PSU, the Corsair VS series PSU's aren't very good. Could you replace it with a better model such as the Corsair CXM 450W or the Seasonic M12II 520W Bronze and see if the restarts stop?
