IMO, ditch the xeon and buy ryzen r5 1600 & also a good quality PSU, some DDR memory , preferably 16gb.
Faster ram and more cores will help you video editing and your gpu is excellent this will be most bang for your buck.
If you need help selecting psu and ram, then tell me you country and i can find cheapest site for both ram and a PSU.
