How to add a dedicated graphics card to my apu?

it will work, it is what the minipci e to pci express adapter is made for

but on this case perhaps build a new itx pc with a pci express slot, but this would require all new, motherboard, ram and cpu, i think that the cpu is soldered so you can't remove it or upgrade it

Technically, there is a mini-pcie slot on that motherboard, currently occupied by a wifi adapter. However, even if the OP got a usb wifi adapter to substitute for that, I haven't found a mini-pcie to pcie adapter that looks like it would fit that motherboard, and if such an adapter does exist, I imagine it would be questionable to use it for a dedicated gpu.

even if it were possible i doubt a GPU that was designed for an x8 - x16 PCI-E connection would even work in an x1 slot
