CPU : AMD Phenom ii x6 1090t Black Edition+Corsair H50 hydro cooling
HDD: Crucial ssd 250 GB
RAM: Corsair XMS3 4GBx2
VGA: 3x EVGA GTX 1050 SC TI (4GB) Single Fan without power pins working with pci-e slot power.

One of the GTX 1050 SC TI Fan is spinning but no image i reinstalled it to another pci-e still no signal while 2 other gpu's working. If the GPU is burned out can the fan spin?

Solution
a 300 watt psu can handle that gpu

try to update motherboard bios with another gpu and see if that helps

if the gpu that doesn't show image doesn't work in another pc, the it is the gpu, so discard the gpu in another pc to see if it works and the motherboard and bios is the problem
The fans can spin depending on whats damaged and if you tested where another card was working then most likely its dead. Unless its on one of those 1x risers and just move where the riser was plugged in. If thats the case then the riser could be bad.
