Can this mobo run win7/8?

So I am going to buy either this motherboard: http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/A320M%20Pro4/#Specification
or this : http://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/A320M-HDV/index.asp#Specification
and on the pages all the way down it says "OS- Windows 10 64 bit". Does that mean these motherboards only run win10? Can I install Win7 or Win8 into these mobos?

You can but its not easy, you need to be a little technical mindined, and know how to slip stream the USB drivers into the Windows 7 installation media to get your USB ports working from initial setup, or use a PS2 mouse and Keyboard to install Windows 7 or 8 as USB wont be working until you get the drivers installed, same applies to your LAN ports, they wont be working either until you get the driver installed, and like many people try and do, they try to install them from a USB stick lol, from non working USB ports.

for this board and the ryzen cpu your better go with win 10 .

If you click on the Support and Download tabs for each of those boards, you'll see an option to select which OS to download drivers for. Both boards offer drivers for Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and Windows 10. You can run any of these operating systems without issue.

there are no drivers or any recent security updates available for windows 7 on newer CPU's. save yourself the hassle and install windows 10. most windows 7/8 keys will activate it
