Micro-stutter when moving in games

Hello, One month ago I bought a new video card, a GTX 1050 2gb (budget card, live in Brazil, don't have money.)
My CPU is an i7-4770k. I can run games smoothly like watch dogs 2 or GTA V, the problem is every 2 seconds when I am driving or moving, the games stutters for 1 second or 2. This is more intense in some games like Watch Dogs 2 or Assassin's Creed Black Flag.
For example, I'm running GTA V on Very High settings at 110fps, but the stutter continues and annoys me.
Also, I have 8gb ram DDR3 1600MHz. I don't know what is happening, but this is annoying me a lot.

With only 2 Gbs Vram i bet you are hitting the cap. Black flag stutter for me no matter what setttings so i would consider that game as a reliable test. I would run msi afterburner to monitor how much vram you are using thats Video Memory

Even if I put in the lowest settings, alt tabbing or playing any game too much starts the micro stuttering, I don't know what to do anymore. Even if it isn't hitting the 2GB Vram the micro stutter continues

Are you sure what you are seeing is not screen tearing? Screen tearing occurs when your framerate exceeds the refresh rate of your monitor, which basically means your monitor cant keep up with what your pc is throwing at it and you will have multiple frames on screen at the same time. If so you will need to modify your game settings FPS to your screen refresh rate?!

secondly.. .Try toggling(turning on /off) the Vsync on your card settings and see if that helps :)

When I drive on GTA V, the screen freezes for 2 second and so does the audio. And after 3 seconds it happens again and again, and it is happening on battlefield 4, AC Black Flag, Dark Souls 3, Fallout 4, Factorio, every game.

Try lowering your ingame settings and see if that helps. it is either that or your system is overheating and can't keep up

Even on the lowest settings, the stutter continues. It isn't overheating as I monitored all temperatures with MSI Afterburner
GPU was between 60~65°C
CPU was between 55~60°C
