CPU 100C (Please help me)

I bought my pc 2 years ago and had no problem, later 2 months ago my water cooling stopped to pump so i had to drag the 3 pin connector from the motherboard on and of until i heard the pump start. i got really tired of it and bought a new cooler. It was amazing at about 30-40c at all times but when i installed speed fan to fix the loud fan on the cooler. it got down like i controlled it to. but later on, my cpu pump stopped to pump!! The same like before. What is this!? Is speedfan doing this? can i fix it somehow. Please help me i just bought this new cooler. specs:

Mobo: b75ma-p45
cooler: Corsair hydro h45
cpu: i5-3470

Please please please help me!

Uninstall speedfan. More than likely the pump is running off a fan header, and if the fan speed is being lowered, than so is the pump. Buy a quieter fan if the noise bothers you, get a SATa or Molex to 3 pin for your fan header, or something else. To me, a pump should run at 12v all the time. By you cranking your fans down to a few volts, the pump probably can't pump enough.
