Will use a 4-pin splitter to connect 2 Corsair AF140 White LED fan to a single header and another 4-pin splitter to connect 2 stock Corsair 120mm fans to another header. Currently using Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming 3 which has five headers (Will use other three headers for Corsair H75).

The stock fans came with the case when I bought it.

Solution
Yes, that setup is okay. The 2x Corsair AF140 will only draw ~0.46A. The other 2x stock 120mm fans not more than ~0.80A. Typical fan headers are rated up to 1A max., unless otherwise specified in the motherboard to be higher. So, you'd be safe using just 2 fans on a splitter.
