Just looking for opinions on this gaming system from PCCG, obviously you could build it a little cheaper but is it as good as it seems to me? or am i missing somethign here?

Build it your self. It has great quality and even better performance improvement over pccasegear build.
If you can spend $100 more then get Corsair H100i V2 CPU Cooler for better OC stability.

Fair enough i hear you. I guess building it myself will give me a much better understanding of what's actually inside my systems too,
I do want to keep my build under $3000 but that is monitor included!
any ideas of what monitor would be a nice option?

Chose anyone of those monitors. DELL comes with Good quality, G-Sync and 165Hz but is only 24". AOC doesn't have G-Sync an not high quality and 144Hz but is 27". You have to decide what you want. Size of the monitor or Features.

I can't believe i didn't even think of that ahah
my bad my bad!

However if i did decide to build a PC myself, would that be a "gamechanger", or would i be able to run games such as
Battlefield, GTA etc etc on high graphics with the PC case gear computer and have no problems ??
