Windows 11 update brings advertisements to the start menu

8GB ram installed, only 4GB useable.

I have 8gb installed says only 3.89gb are useable. Even on www.systemrequirementslab. com it says I only have 4GB ram installed. Why is this?

Just stop using a 32-bit OS.

sounds like your running a 32-bit OS as stated. You need to run a 64-bit OS to address more then 4gb of ram.
