While trying to reinstall windows I deleted all my partitions. Now it says "Reboot and Select Proper Boot Device Windows 10" What do I do?

If I were you, I'd go to Microsoft's support site and talk to someone through their virtual chat agent (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contact/virtual-agent/?flowId=smc-virtual-agent&sky.queryChannel=smc-entry-chrome&referrer=www.microsoft.com). Let them know what happened and see if they will be able to help.
