RAM Can't be overclocked

So, I boot up into the BIOS and change the XMP to Profile 1. It states that it is at 2133 MHz. I save the settings and exit out of the BIOS and boot into windows. I pull out CPU Z and check my RAM, it still says 1600 MHz

Btw, this is my first PC build
