PC Build for 4K video playback

Hey!
I need to choose a CPU for my new PC build.
for the build I will have a GTX 950 GPU
i'm considering to get the i5 7600K
do you think it can handle 4k video content play backing or that I should get an i7 7700 instead?

What kind of 4K video? 4K bluray on PC's in difficult and stil in it's infancy, and 4K youtube and other videos can be played back with a $40 android box, so you don't need anything near as poweful as you have. 4K netflix only works with one or two CPU's due to copyright stuff and only works with the built in GPU so you don't even need a video card.

So what exactly are you trying to play?
