So, recently my screen stopped getting a signal from my gpu.
Sometimes it works for a second, but glitches out (One time during POST it only showed the "DEL for setup" and boot menu text, but not the motherboard graphic) after reboot stops working again. My screen doesn't have an HDMI input, so I tried my TV using the HDMI input, and that worked fine, even across reboots. Now I don't have any DVI screen's or DVI capable input devices laying around (other than my screen and my PC), so there's no way for me to test if the screen has a broken DVI input (Connecting my laptop via VGA works fine), or the DVI output on my GPU is broken.
I must note that the first time I encountered this, I had to reboot because of another graphics problem: I don't know if this is something broken in the linux nvidia driver I'm running, but the resolution went down for a bit, causing big UI and a big mouse cursor to appear. After rebooting (trying to fix that issue) it stopped working.
Also I should mention that in the last month or so, my screen would sometimes flicker black (not sure if it was off or just an entire black frame), also don't know if that's a driver problem or if it's related to my screen or GPU somehow.
Anyways, would it be more likely to be the screen, or an issue with my gpu? Stuff like that boot-logo not appearing makes me think it has something to do with my gpu. (Although on hdmi it works fine)
Running a GTX660 stock card, with an iiyama ProLite E2208HDD screen (Doubt it's important to know, but here ya go anyways)
