best graphics card for amd athlon 64 x2 dual processor 4400+

first time asking lol
is Radeon R5 230 1GB a good pair? i wanna play old games like csgo,prototype,gta 4 and so on
if not please say what is a good pair for it that won't bottleneck it

If you play at very low resolution and/or low settings, I suppose the R5-230 1GB would be OK. Here's a video of a R5-230 but with an i5-650 (more CPU than you have). CS:GO is an easy game to play with low end hardware. The GTA games on the other hand, are heavy on the CPU unfortunately for you. I wouldn't worry about CPU bottleneck. If you wanted to eliminate bottleneck 100%, you'd have to settle for an even weaker card.
Myself, I would go with a GTX 1050 and forget about bottleneck.
