I load up games such as; Black desert online, CSGO with low setting and the computer shuts down. I have cleaned the whole case and all 5 fans also the pc has water cooling. However my gpu sits at 57-58°c on start up and the cpu in the 30-40°C however on games the gpu goes to about 75-80+, the . I have also tried putting my fan speed to 100% however this seems to be a short term fix and the pc restarts after about 30mins to 1 hour of any game.
Pc specs:
PSU:Cooler Master 600w
Motherboard:Gigabyte Z97 GA-Z97P-D3 ATX
CPU:Intel i7 4790k
Memory:16GB Corsair Vengance
HD:2TB Seagate

Matthew_269 The graphics card overheating would not cause your system to restart, however CPU overheating would. Since you already eliminated that possibility by reporting the CPU temps, then there are two other likely causes: One is the power supply, but the other (and more likely) is excess heat causing your motherboard's VRM or northbridge and southbridge.

How to test: Open the side of your computer case. Place it on it's side, so that the motherboard is facing the ceiling. Then get a standing or desk fan, and point it towards the motherboard. Then game and see if the computer still restarts. Also, while you're at it please take a few photos of the inside of your case, upload them to imgur and share the link here. I'd...

did you overclocked your CPU or GPU? that's dangerous! and it could be the problem of your PC, you have to check the bios, and return everything to default, but once you do that, all your things that you've done on bios will be gone! everything will return to their default settings, also check your CPU Cooler, it may have some dust or you need to install the thermal paste again or you haven't installed the CPU Fan correctly, also check the processes that happening on your PC by opening the task manager on your PC (NOT THE BIOS), check the processes, and if there's some processes are unnecessary, end the process of it, i hope these could help :)

try to check the bios (if you have the newer bios, check the youtube, to be honest, i have the old bios which it doesn't have cursor or a background) also, try to download (Open Hardware Monitor), it will help you to see the real temperatures, even on gaming

I'd like to get a look at your case's airflow.

It's an APU the GPU is on the same Die as the CPU so yes it will crash your whole system. they also share memory so make sure thats stable. If your VRMs NB OR SB are getting to hot with a 65w chip you need a new mobo...
