Hello there!
i have a struggle i cant choose what graphic card i need...
specs:
CPU: G4560 :)
GPU (atm): Radeon R9 280X isnt working properly
Mobo: MSI B250 Krait gaming
RAM: DDR4 8GB
PSU: 500W thunder cooler master

so i need a new gpu but i cant choose i want the rx470 but i cant find a good price for it
so i thought maybe a gtx 1060 but the CPU will bottleneck it. then i thought maybe the GTX 1050Ti but its slower than the RX470.... so does anybody have some good suggestions????

" gtx 1060 but the CPU will bottleneck it."
That doesn't mean there will be problems. It just means you'll be using your CPU to the MAX and the GPU will still be capable of more if/when you upgrade.
This is not a bad thing or a problem.

If you find a good price on an RX480, RX470, RX570, RX580 or the GTX 1060 then buy it.
Don't worry about your CPU being the slowest point on the computer. It just means more awesome-ness when you upgrade your CPU.

Lets say you get a GTX 1060 and you play game X.
Example: Game X plays well at 115FPS
Then you upgrade your CPU. Typically a gamer wouldn't expect much of an FPS boost when upgrading a CPU but when your CPU is the slow spot then game X could go up to 150 FPS while everyone else goes from 140...

You won't find many of the middle ground GPUs for a good price at the moment due to the 'cryptocurrency' craze. Effectively only low end (which aren't powerful enough for mining), and high end (that are too expensive for miners to buy), are in shortage and therefore have bloated prices.

The 1050Ti is arguably the best match for a G4560. A 1060 at a push will be better, and many reviews shows that it copes fairly well, but in some CPU heavier applications, the G4560 may be your limiter. But to answer your question, I'd go for the 1060 myself, then look at future upgrading the CPU.

Whilst there is a big craze, I would sooner ask, what about your R9 isn't working properly?

Wouldn't you agree it's best to work that CPU to the BEST of it's abilities?
Getting the most out of it means LETTING it be the slow spot or "Bottleneck" which is a completely inappropriate term.
