Hi have recently just brought a pair of G-Skill ares 4gbs ddr3 1600mhz ram for my pc and my PC isn't liking only the g-skill being installed and keeps on trying to reboot/system repair, i have tried reseating the ram's, changing the order they're in and resetting bios settings but nothing seems to work. I currently have a ASUS-MSQ-M4N68T motherboard, AMD Athlon x4 640 with stock cooler, zotac 730 gt 2gb graphics, 650w cooler master psu, 2 wd hard drives and i have 1 gskill ram installed and a hyper x fury 4gb installed as it seems to run fine with that but not the other gskill in, any ideas?

Solution
Any time you add memory their a chance it will not play nice with the old memory.
Try it with just the new memory, if that dont work then reset CMOS and try it again.
If it works then add the old memory if that fails then add 0.02 volts to the memory and try again.
This could also be different density memory and just will not work.
