i have a ATI RADEON 5970 old yes i know
recently the display wont show and the gpu fan spins loudly at 100% for some reason
i unplug the power supply and it still runs by drawing power from the mother board
this started happening after an update for windows was installed
tried system restore but the results are the same
any help or advice would be appreciated
or maybe my gpu is dead
