Does this look good for a basic gaming pc/video editing?

Hello, everyone! I'm kind of new with computers, and decided to try to make a custom PC. After some time of looking around, I've finally came up with a list that seems to suit my needs, and is around my budget range. However, I'm not 100% sure that this will work, like if everything is compatible and all that.

So, I've decided to ask here, at Tom's Hardware.

PC Build Goal: Build a PC for gaming and video processing.

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - Hyper TX3 54.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte - GA-AX370-Gaming ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Team - Dark 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Storage: SanDisk - SSD PLUS 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB GAMING Video Card
Case: Corsair - Carbide SPEC-04 (Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: SeaSonic - PRIME Titanium 750W 80+ Titanium Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Operating System: Microsoft - Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit

So yeah, that's what I've got right now. Please tell me what you think of this list. And give me suggestions if you think you've got something better. Oh, and you can also give me some suggestiongs on mice, headphones (if so, make sure it has a mic included), and monitor.

thanks!

Psu is honestly too much.

Corsair cx550m, seasonic 520, evga g2/GQ/g3 550w absolutely more than enough.

Dump the tx 3 cooler, the stock ryzen cooler is actually better than it!

The board you've picked is fairly expensive , pretty much the only gain is that an x370 supports sli.
The 1060 doesn't though so you could save a fair few dollars with a decent b350 board.

All ways to save you a bit more money.
What country are you in ??
What's your total budget for everything ?
Couple of points:
There's no HDD listed, you'll run out of space very quickly with just a 240Gb SSD.
The PSU is of superb quality but too much for the system, you could easily run it off a decent 500/550Watt unit maybe like this: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151119&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker, LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
