hi there
well i have this GPU that wont install in my pc. I have tried a lot methodes to install my GPU but non of this did work like..
changing to PCI or PCIE in bios

Yeah, that gives us way too many info. You should say even less next time you ask for help.

Seriously now, if you would like an answer then you should provide your hardware details and any other relevant info. Start by writing your full system specs. Especially mobo and GPU.
