BSOD Memory_Management crash

So this error happens very rarely, so not exactly a huge issue, but it definitely does concern me because I know these errors can be caused by faulty hardware. It happens maybe once every few months. I am hoping for some kind of insight of the cause and a solution if possible.

I'm suspecting it may be my very outdated bios, but this is a complete wild guess and I'm kind of afraid of updating it because I hear horror stories of the flash failing then the computer being pretty much dead until mobo replacement.
