Cant find power port to power the moteherboard without power button any help?

Hello,
I'm having a problem, i'm trying to power the motherboard without power button and i've searched whole google to find but i cant find nothing like a panel or some pinners to touch with my screwdriver any help?
If wanted i can make photo of the motherboard its an

Very old laptop. There might be a tiny hole on the back of the case for a reset switch but that would be about it. You can buy one on ebay for 35 dollars though.

Any idea where the tiny hole is ?

I said there MIGHT be a tiny hole with a reset switch. This is highly unlikely though. Logic is if it no longer works time to upgrade. It has to be a really slow laptop if you can get one for 35 dollars on ebay.
