Hello, Lately i have been having issues with my computer randomly freezing during the launch of Games.

I Need Help!

First, I will give the specs of my PC then i will explain more about my issues and what i have done so far to troubleshoot the problems.

PC Specs

CPU: Amd FX-8350 Clack Edition 4.0 GHz?$.2 GHz OC
Motherboard: Asus Pro Gaming 970 Aura
Graphics: Asus Rog Strix RadeonRX 470 OC Edition
Ram: 4x 4GB Kingston HyperFury X 1866MHz
Storage: SanDisk 240GB SSD + WD Blue 1tb Hdd
PSU:Thermaltake Toughpower 750W 80+ Gold Smart Zero
Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO + 7 Thermaltake Riing 12 RGB LED 120mm Case Fans

To start, this is a fairly new PC build, built at the beginning of this year, January 2017. The Random Freezing started just months after the initial build, but after a quick reboot the problem would be resolved and i would be able to play the game for the rest of the night with no issues, for the night. the next day the same freezing issue would happen and after the same reboot process i would be able to play again for the night. progressively over the next few weeks, i would have to reboot more and more to be able to play again, until eventually nothing. note, that the time that it took to get to the point where i would actually get signal from my PC to the monitor grew longer and longer, until eventually several reboots had to happen to even get the bios to pop up.

At first i figured that it could be a problem with the install of the operating system, so i went ahead and reinstalled windows to try and fix the problem. Didn't Work. the problem continued, and this did not help at all. Next, i thought that maybe my CPU was possibly overheating. so i broke down and rebuilt my Rig putting new Thermal paste on the Processor in hopes that this would fix the freezing. This helped Briefly, But after a few day went back to the same freezing. After the freezing started happening more and more, i thought maybe the problem could be with my HDD i was running at the time, so i went ahead and purchased my SSD that i run now. again this helped for a few days but eventually the same issue Also at this time, i carefully rebuilt my Rig, again Re-apply thermal paste after a quick clean just in case. One by one i tried each Memory Stick to see if it could possibly by a slim chance be the RAM. Everything led back to the constant startup freeze Determined to get to the bottom of the problem,i ordered a new motherboard thinking that maybe there could be a short in the motherboard. this helped for about a week, until slowly my Rig Start Freezing up again during game launches and back to square one.

Super Frustrating.

The only thing that i could see being the problem now is possibly the CPU, but i wanted to see if i could get someone's knowledge to help me out before i dish out money for a new one for a possible band-aid to the bigger problem, if there is one.

Please Someone Drop Some Knowledge for Me!

if you froze in bios it means most likely it is a hardware issue.. You will need to unplug everything out and insert it one by one. like for example try 1 stk of ram first and go to bois and see if it freezes. try everything one by one. If anything is defect it must be your rams.

There are so many reasons for this and to be able to help you more i will need more detailed information...
Firstly.. Does this only happen when playing games? or only a specific game? incase which one?
Second... what windows are you running? and are drivers up to date?
Third...Do you have actual numbers on the temps of your CPU/GPU?
Fourth... This is very uncommon, but do you a different PSU you can try? A defect PSU can't fully supply your pc with enough power (Your system consumes more power under gaming)..causing the system to break!? NOTE:this is a rare issue...A defect PSU would usually fry the motherboard if continously used... so i am just trying to cover all aspects.

at first it started when i was playing Ovverwatch, but lately it has been happening while playing Ark.

I am running windows 10, and have checked over driver updates multiple times, sometimes catching one or two. but no cigar.i thought maybe old drivers could still be installed and possibly drivers are overlapping causing freeze?

my internal case temp runs at around 32C CPU ranges from 40C-50C Gpu anywhere from 60C-80C

and i forgot to mention i was running a evga 500w when this first happened and i switched from that the one i have now hoping to fix the problem again only temporary
