How to run AC4 on 30 fps ?

Hello :) I'm playing Assassin creed:Black flag and i can't run the game on 30 fps on medium at 1366x768 and even after setting it to low it keeps running on 15-20 fps, im using geforce 920m 4gb ,core i5 2.4 GHz ,8 gb ram . can these specs run the game on 30fps ? thx :D

920m is pretty weak u know
M-series GPU had less resource than it's rival in PC gaming, as they need to fit the whole thing in a laptop

not surprising if u can't play those demanding games with high fps

but here's something u can try:
setting the Nvidia control panel to performance
setting your battery usage to performance
closing other apps before playing to make sure the burden is as low as possible
get a external cooler for your laptop to prevent early thermal throttle
clean the startup settings on task manager, make sure only the core apps (necessary stuff) enabled

edit: some fix on spelling and btw, lowering your resolution as what Husseo19 mention might work too
