Just finished building my new rig (1800x, 16 GB ram, 1TB crucial mx300 m.2, 1070 and a gigabyte GAMING 5 x370 mobo.) Finished the build and tried installing windows but I keep getting stuck on the gigabyte splash screen. Im also not getting a beep when I boot it. Cant get into the bios. Tried clearing the cmos but it made no difference. Any suggestions?

Some splash screens can block the actual windows loading circle and usually behind the splash screen is the stock windows loading color and background, and it can overlap somthing like a loading percentage such as Getting Windows Ready: X% But the splash screen can cover that and only show the spinning circle. Try waiting a bit and if that doesnt work, if it has a message saying what key to press to get into bios, then try that. (My key was Delete).
