That motherboard is fantastic, but you might want to upgrade it to MSI Z270 GAMING PRO with USB 3.1 Gen 2. It has twice the bandwidth of the 3.1 Gen 1(or UBS 3 as well call it).

If you are overclocking, it would be a good idea to get a better cooler so you can push it to 4.8+ with a comfortable temperature. Hyper 212 can overclock too, but it won't be significant enough to be worth it, and some of the recent 7700k chips run hot. I'd at least get a Cryorig H5 or better yet R1 (or something equivalent from your favourite brand).

If you are going to run with no overclock then cooler master 212 is more than enough, slight overclock is not worth it imo. However, you are spending extra on a good z270 motherboard and the 7700k, letting it run like a 7700 on a cheapo motherboard is a waste.

The Ryzen 1700 matches the 7700k in gaming now above 1080p, and is far better in every other respect in regards to performance. There's very little reason to go with an i7 in the high end now, even for exclusively gaming as given games are now utilizing more and more threads, especially with new engines and DX12, its performance will only improve.

I feel like you're trolling at this stage. :D
Look at the 4k benchmarks, practically identical no?
There's very little reason at all to go with the 7700k, costs more, doesn't come with a cooler, boards are pricier and its relevance lifespan is shorter than the 1700 due to the lower thread count.

OK thanks could u give me a build going to reuse my ram,GPU,hard drives for now need an ssd, mobo,PSU,case, cpu cooler I have a cooler master 212 I could reuse also or is the stock amd wraith cooler enough to oc it.

You're asking for a lot here, you can't reuse your RAM, you need DDR4.
Give me a budget, and your full current specs.
You can reuse the 212 Evo, but you need to get an AM4 bracket from coolermaster which you can order from their site.
Do this ASAP so you can be ready to build.

total is closer to 600 i would use your build however the i7-4790k seems expensive and it's old?

Well you see, there's liking hte look of Ryzen, and whether its suitable.
The 7700k is ever so slightly better in gaming over the Ryzen 1700 and due to the higher clock speeds will run better in quite a lot of games that don't have high thread utilization.
You can waste your money on that, but you'd be spending $625 or so on an upgrade that only needs $400 to perform the same.
There's only a 5-10% increase from a 4790k to a 7700k clock for clock.
Its still very good, and at that price it's cheap, not expensive at all.
The Enthoo Pro is also a silly case, not a good choice at all unless you need 8 HDDs.
