Hey Everyone,
So recently I cleaned out my pc. I removed all of the dust and re-did my cable management as it was extremely sloppy. I also placed my graphics card into the optimal port (as it wasn't beforehand). I booted up the Pc and to my surprise it booted into the BIOS (something it does not normally do.) I brushed it off, exited the BIOS and continued to Windos 10 as normal. I logged in and noticed that the resolution was off. Another oddity however it was easily fixed. I then loaded up steam, clicked play on CSGO. I get a CSM error. I tried Overwatch - General error. Insurgency? error. Is there anything I have done wrong. I installed all the new drivers but nothing seems to work. Ghost Recon Wildlands literally won't move off of the intial loadup screen and The Crew won't go past the seizure warning. Can anyone help me with my problem? all help is appreciated.

Was it in the Blue or Black PCI-E slot? and which one is it in now?

The top blue slot is 16x, the bottom black one is 4x.

If it's currently in the Blue 16x slot, maybe you damaged a pin on the card, or when you were dusting some got blown into that slot affecting its connection. Try removing the card and blow it out with some compressed air. Check for damage to the PCI-E connector.

If it's in the black slot, move it back to the blue one.
