Hi, I'm completely new to pcs, so I had one built and got it yesterday. The pc seems to work fine, the monitor is on, yet there's a 1 red light in the 'EZ debug LED' section of the board, at the top right.

In this section theres 5 leds in total, and the 4 below this light indicate errors with gpu, cpu etc. I checked the manual and it isnt any of the 4 error lights, but this light is just red and right at the top. The manual doesn't mention what this top led is for, or what it indicates. It's solid red, all the time.

Could this be just to show the debug area, or is it an error light?
Sorry if this seems obvious, I'm just not sure if it's normal to have a red light in this debug section on the motherboard.

The motherboard is MSI x299 raider

Any help would be much appreciated,
Cheers

Yes that is what it is doing. Your system is running fine. It may also be saying however, that your memory will run optimal in a different memory configuration. Go over the diagrams and see if your memory is installed for optimal use.

Wow thankyou, just checked manual and you're right. I couldn't find that when I was looking earlier. Is it just telling me what the cpu supports then, it isn't a problem?
