While running games, My top 980 ti would hit around 80c while the one below it would hit 85c to 92c. In after burner I made the power limit 80 so the temps would go lower, I also made the fan curves to go to 90% while if the card hit 85c. Is what I did fine? My cards still hit around 85c even though i did those things. I dont know what else to do I dont want my cards to be in the 85+c. Also if anyone is going to respond with cleaning out the heat syncs, I am way tooo afraid of opening up my gpu let alone unplugging it from the motherboard. So please what else can I do to make my gpu temps lower to around the mid 70's while gaming or even 80s. Just not 85c+!!

Well for one thing you can stop being afraid and clean any dust out of the card. If you mean open it up and reapply thermal grease I can see why that might frighten you. However cleaning the card and reapplying Non-Conductive thermal grease is the best way to lower temps on a card that has been sitting in your system for a while.

There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube that can walk you through it.

You might also think about getting a case the has better airflow, though I have no idea what you have now. Maybe more case fans?
