Looks pretty decent. I would ditch that case and PSU though. Most Xion cases are junk, and those Nex PSUs are HEC units which are slightly above housefire quality. If you can increase your budget a bit I would also add an SSD to the mix.

and get higher frequency ram something like 2666 or 3000 as ryzen will perform better with that. and the psu as well
