Windows 10 freezes with 4x4gb 1866 RAM

Recently bought another pair of the same ram to get to 16GB but Windows keeps freezing as soon as I go to sign in. Each stick is fine as a pair but as soon as I put 4 in it doesn't seem to work.

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
CPU: FX-8320
RAM: 4x4GB Kingston HyperX Fury 1866Mhz

Even adding anouther set of the same memory is not guaranteed to work. Add 0.02 volts to the memory.

As stated above you can add voltage to the RAM but before that check to make sure all of it is running at the same speed and timings and voltage if that's all good but you're experiencing a problem then yeah, add the voltage

Goes into login screen, freezes and reboots, goes back to the login screen then just freezes completely

Remove the extra memory, go into BIOS add 0.02 volts to the memory and try all 4 sticks sgain.
List the model number of each set of memory.

My bad it didn't post the rest of the reply for some reason. I just switched the pairs of ram around so the new ones were in the old slots and the old ones were in the newer slots and it somehow worked.
