Solution
You're overspending massively on the motherboard / cooler combo my friend.

A cheap b250 board is honestly all you need ! Which should be $70-80 .
The stock pentium cooler is good enough.

A gtx 760 at nearly $200 second hand is not a good buy either.
The 1050ti will outperform that card & should be less or the same new.

You're not listing a PSU there ??

Where are you located & what's your budget ??

What web shop is that screen grab from ??

You should use PCPartpicker to build your setup. It will help you will compatibility as well.

Do not buy a 760, especially for $200. You do not need an aftermarket cooler with a Pentium.

I would go with something like this:

i already have the graphics card, listed it there in case it wasn't compatible with something there (got it from a friend)
im buying both the case and the PSU locally, just ordering these from amazon to make sure i get the real deal and not some fake knock off version
my budget is around 666$ including shipping cost (not intended)
can i upgrade a pc with a cheap b250? i just thought if i buy a decent motherboard atleast i can upgrade it later on

thank you for your time, matt

Wow, that is actually an amazing build !
i already have the gtx 760, i listed it there in case it was incompatible, but thanks a lot for this suggestion !, will that motherboard be viable in the upcoming years? since i want a build that is upgradable in the upcoming years, thanks a lot !

This build for a bit more will actually be way more upgradable and perform much better than the pentium system
