Thinking of upgrading from 780 3gb to 980ti or 1070

Tell me what you think would be the best investment

Currently 1080p gaming(will upgrade eventually) only but I also stream and record, use extensive mods in certain games

980ti - 300-350 Canadian
1070 - 400-450 Canadian

Other stats
4790k
16gb
ssd for gaming
1000 watt power supply

So the 6gb vs 8gb shouldn't matter?

So basically price, watts and how much vram I want now

I have 1000 watt so not worried about power and if I get the 1070 even thinking about getting rid of it and getting a 500-600

Titan x for 450 right now

Canada our dollar is in the crap right now

I put my 780, g10 kraken and h90 for $250

I have an offer for just the card at $180

My questions is can I put the kraken and h90 on the new card? Or better off to just sell it?

Right now I can get a 980ti or titan x for ~450, 1070 a bit more
