PC Specs ~
CPU ~ i7 7700k
Motherboard ~ ASUS z270e
RAM ~ 16gb G.Skill Trident Z
SSD ~ Samsung 850 250 GB
HDD ~ 1TB WD, 2TB Seagate Barricuda
CPU Cooler ~ Corsair h100i V2
PSU ~ Corsair cx 650m

The computer won't post at all, and I've tried everything in the troubleshooting checklist thread posted on here. Only the "power" LED powers on the motherboard, but the other four LEDs displayed on the board won't turn on at all. If pictures need to be provided I can provide them.

I haven't gotten my GPU yet, I've currently using my old gtx 750 ti SC for now until I get my GTX 1080 STRIX.

Did you Just assemble this rig?Did the fans spin up or is there nothing. Well you maybe forgot to plug in the power and reset headers. The orange light would likely mean that the mobo has power but did not get the signal to turn on. If the power and reset headers are plugged in then check to make sure that they were put in the right spot. Double check the mobo manual for any info. I need more info as the solution I have is if the computer was first assembled. Well if the fans go check to make sure that the graphics card is seated properly and the video cable is not to the integrated graphics but to the 750 ti.

I actually plugged in the VGA cable to the Motherboard. The GPU isn't even plugged in yet. And all of my front panel connections are plugged in properly. All of the fans turn on in the case including the ones on the radiator for the H100i V2. The RGB light on the motherboard even turns on.

Same issue with an msi 270 gaming 7 mb.
Power Led is on, LAN lights are on as well, but nothing happens.

It boots fine from a clean shutdown but when i put it to sleep instead if shutting it down it will not boot unless I switch the PSU off and wait a while.
