Are you trying to recover the data or just "fix" the drive? Can you see the files that I assume you are looking for by running the demo of
R-Studio?
We frequently get SSD drives in for data recovery that just have bad sectors. It might not hurt to get a full sector-by-sector clone of the drive. Although it isn't my top pick for copying a drive, you can image the drive with the R-Studio demo, without paying for it. You can also check the SMART parameters of the drive with that program too.
