Wife touch my Razer Black widow and now I can't tyler letters or numbers???

My wife is the only one who manages to mess up my keyboard.... after 3 years she has been the only one to use my computer and cause my black widows lights to not turn on and not allow me to type in my login password. It is connected because I can use the delete key and space bar but no other letter/number works! SO FRUSTRATING!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Man i tried that over and over but it wouldnt help.
I finally fixed it but have no idea how i did it hahaha
