Will a GTX 750TI work with my PC?

I have an old desktop laying around the house, collecting dust that i don't bother to use. Since a friend of mine introduced me to Insurgency a few months ago, i'm thinking of upgrading that desktop with a GTX 750TI. Is it possible and if it is, will there be any problems? Are there any better fit for the 2120 instead of the GTX 750TI, if there are, please feel free to list them as many as you can since i want to survey the price for the best purchase available.

Here are the specs:
Intel Core i5 2120 (3.3 GHz)
4GB of RAM
No VGA, Intel HD Graphics 2000
CoolMaster Elite Power 400W (RS-400-PSAR-J3)
500GB HDD
Deluxe generic PC case
I don't know anymore details (motherboard, fan...) about it since i'm not really desktop/pc gaming savvy. I'm fine with running the game at 720 HD (1366 x 768) since it's the monitor's maximum resolution and i don't want to shell out extra dough but the game has to run constantly above 60-70 fps.

Provided all these parts you have listed are working, along with the motherboard, there should be no issues as such.
But keep in mind that 4gb RAM is absolute minimum for that game and it might struggle a bit on higher resolutions. Shouldnt be a problem though on lower settings.

Edit: Since you have requested suggestion for better cards, it is recommended that you go with the GTX 1050, which is around the same price point but a more powerful card with newer tech. Specifically for that game, you will not need anything more powerful. Also going higher than 1050, might bottleneck the card a bit.
