Is 4 fans enough?

That's the build i want to do. The case i could not find on part picker so here is the link.

My question is. I have one fan in the front bottem then one in the back. The case allows you to add two more 120 mm fans on the side. I'm also going to put that hyper 212 evo on the cpu. Are these enough fans? I don't plan on overclocking the 7700k so what do you think? But also if i do would it still be enough?

Solution
First of all, you cannot overclock on a b250 board, you will need a z270. Secondly for 10 bucks more you can afford the "Evo Killer" heatsink.
Third you dont need such expensive RAM for b250 board as it wont run at the rated speed of 2800mhz, only 2400mhz.
Fourth, Samsung Evo drives are great but it doesnt add anything much over other SSDs unless you are doing compute work.
Fifth, I wont touch that case when there are plenty of better options at that price.
Sixth, the PSU is pretty low quality.

Optimized your build considering all the above points.
